At PiPi Tea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium blends. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and original-sealed tea packages.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to initiate the process.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Tea

  Securely pack the unopened tea tins or pouches in their original shipping box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our tea masters inspect the returned items for seal integrity, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
